Job Descriptions
1. Monitor overall HR Operation include HRM & HRD
2. Ensure that the company's policies are in compliance with labor laws.
3. Developing and improving all HR systems and activities such as organization development plans as per company policies.
4. Handle overall Recruitment processes including prepare employment contract, training, briefing employee benefit and welfare.
5. Manage and control manpower planning, coordinate and perform staffing strategy and responsible for the on-boarding process.
6. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Human Management or related fields.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management.
- Male, Female age 35-45 years old, Thai Nationality.
- Knowledge in labor law and relevant health and safety regulations.
- Good communication skills.
