Job Descriptions- Manage and develop full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, manpower planning, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee evaluations, organizational development, employee relations, employee engagement etc. and Admin.
- Review and update HR policy and procedure to ensure that the company practice complies with legal and local requirements.
- Supports implementation of organization change and transformation projects from HR operations perspective.
- Coordinate with line manager regarding manpower requests and timelines to support all section
- Motivate staff to achieve individual goal and provide resource for development.
