Job Descriptions
1.Supplier Relationship Management: • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth communication, on-time deliveries, and issue resolution. • Maintain strong supplier relationships to foster partnerships that drive procurement efficiency. 2. Procurement Coordination: • Assist in the procurement process, including purchase order creation, order tracking, and delivery coordination. • Collaborate with suppliers to address procurement-related inquiries and ensure timely deliveries. 3. Contract Negotiation Support: • Support the Procurement Manager in negotiating contract terms, pricing, and conditions with suppliers. • Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts to protect the company's interests. 4. Supplier Performance Monitoring: • Monitor supplier performance based on quality, on-time deliveries, and adherence to contract terms. • Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to address any supplier-related issues. 5. Procurement Data Analysis: • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvement areas. • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance procurement strategies. 6. Supply Chain Collaboration: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand planning and inventory management, to align procurement with operational needs. • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between different supply chain functions. 7. Performance Metrics and Reporting: • Assist in defining and monitoring KPIs related to procurement performance, supplier relationships, and cost savings. • Generate reports to assess procurement performance and contribute to supply chain analysis.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field. Relevant certifications are advantageous.
  2. Experience in procurement, supplier management, or related roles.
  3. Experience in coordinating procurement processes and tracking orders.
  4. Collaboration experience with various supply chain functions.
  5. Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting results.
  6. Proficient in Chinese Language and can communicate in English as well.
