Job Descriptions

- Responsible for payroll procedure of head office and shop branch employees - Responsible for recruitment process - Make strategy to get a suitable candidate by coordinating with agencies to conduct an interview, etc. - Manage compensation & benefits as well as attendance of employee - Coordinating externally such as Social Insurance, Thai Labour Law, VISA and Work Permit Agency, The Revenue Department, etc. - Support some admin tasks - Other tasks as assigned by the Management

Qualifications

Thai nationality, Male/Female , 28-35 years old
Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resource and Organization Management or related field
5 years' experience in HR role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Familiarity with HR software
