Job Descriptions
- VMWare Infrastructure Design/Implementation/Upgrade/Migrate and Operation
- Operate all Virtual Machine as running on any operating system
- Establish and maintain backup and recovery policies and procedures
- Take care of the system design and implementation
- Implement and maintain any security solution to support Virtualization Platform
- Perform performance tuning and monitoring
- Setup and maintain documentation and standards
- Plan growth and changes (capacity planning)
- Perform general technical trouble shooting and give consultation to development teams
- Interface with VMWare and any IT vendors for technical support.
- Patch Management and Version Control
- Communicate project/program/service status and issues; and provide clear communication to the delivery team
- Build strong cooperation throughout the overall delivery channel from incident, problem & change management teams
Qualifications
- Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2-3 years experience in Virtulization Technology and preferable VMWare
- Basic knowledge of Enterprise Infrastructure System, UNIX, Windows, SAN and Backup Solution
- Must be a service mind, staff and customer orientated team player
- Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in an international and culturally diverse organization
- Ability to work with a minimum of direct supervision or guidance from others
- Good verbal and written communication skills of English language.
