Job Descriptions
- Execute the expatriate processing tasks, such as visa and work permit acquisition, for Laos, Myanmar, and Cambodia.
- Manage and monitor all HR operations, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
- Manage and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, focusing on long-term objectives.
- Consolidate payroll data, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
- Develop and enforce clear HR policies, ensuring organizational awareness and compliance.
Qualifications
- Male or Female, age not over 40 years
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource or related file.
- 5 years of experience in HRM and HRD
- Proficiency in Excel, such as Vlookup, Pivot Table, and Dashboard
- Work closely with Laos, Myanmar, and Cambodia
- TOEIC 600
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Communication and negotiation skills
