Job Descriptions

1)Responsible in handling customer audit program. 2)Responsible in customer questionnaire. 3)Responsible in review the root cause, corrective action, and preventive action from team. 4)Responsible in following customer comment within require lead time. 5)Responsible in document preparation and deliver as customer request e.g., factory certification, micro result, loading result and other. 6)Responsible in update and share the new customer requirement with team. 7)Responsible in creating the media to enhance the staff in part of food safety culture. 8)Responsible in creating database of non-conformance from each customer to review and analysis for an improvement. 9)Performing other related, incidental, and similar duties as assigned. (If applicable)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in food science/Food Engineering/Food Technology or related field with experience 1-3 years.
1-3 year of experience in food industry.
New graduated is welcomed.
Good communication skill with colleagues and customers.
Able to work with pressure.
Good command of English.
Proficiency in Ms Office & Presentation Program
Have QA background is preferred
Creative thinking is preferred
