Job Descriptions(1) According to the requirements of the engineering project, develop a detailed procurement plan, including the type, quantity, quality standards and delivery time of purchased equipment, materials, and third-party engineering services, in line with project construction needs and schedule arrangements.
(2) Survey, screen, evaluate and establish cooperative relationships with suppliers to ensure that suppliers have good reputation, quality assurance and supply capabilities.
(3) Handle quality issues and returns and exchanges of substandard products, and negotiate solutions with suppliers.
(4) Have strong cost control capabilities, conduct regular market surveys and price analysis, obtain optimal prices, and reduce procurement costs. Control procurement budget, calculate and analyze procurement costs, ensure procurement activities are carried out within budget, and ensure procurement quality.
(5) Effectively communicate and coordinate with the engineering project team, financial department, etc. to ensure smooth procurement progress. Report procurement status to superiors in a timely manner and propose solutions and suggestions.
(6) Assess risks in the procurement process, such as supply interruptions, price fluctuations, quality issues, etc., and formulate corresponding risk response measures.
