Job Descriptions

1.Overall Control management machine and manpower to get ready for productivity out put & effectiveness 2. Monitor the production output machine operation and manpower arrangement 3. Control&monitoring of each process that promt to production&meet cuxstomer's requirementn withh high efficeency and dffectieness 4. Motivate and develop an awamess of quality & productivity to the production member 5. Lead to control and monitoring for corrective action, prefentive action 6. Control of idintify and record on problem relating to product process and quality system 7. Laise with other department to pull part flow with less WIP and Lean.

Qualifications

Age 35 - 45 years old
Bachelor's Degree / Faulty of Engineering or related field
Experience 10 - 15 years in production management in manufacturing
Your industry experience matches the needs of precision turned part manufacturing process is an essential skill (Automation Industrial)
Basic knowledge of distribution methods, ERP systems, Planning and costings.
Have good knowledge of English skills (Writing, Listening and Conversation)
Strong decision-making skill and a results-driven approach.
