Job Descriptions
- System monitoring, maintenance and support to ensure system is up and running as usual. - Act as Level#1 and Level#2 support - Work with a team to support users as being requested - Contribute to regular processes such as annual audit. - Work on other projects / activities assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
  2. 1 - 3 years’ experience in Application Support
  3. New graduate is welcome
  4. Programming language: knowledge / experience in any of VB.NET, C#.NET, SQL Command and Crystal report
  5. DB: knowledge / experiences in any of Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres
  6. Ability to investigate and resolve an issue by own (Level#1 and Level#2 roles)
  7. Be flexible, fast learner and willing to learn a new technology / programming language
  8. Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision and service mind
  9. Self-commitment and manage to deliver committed tasks
  10. Good communication skills
  11. Self-motivated and highly professional
  12. Good analytical skill and problem solving
