• Based on the company's sales goals combined with the characteristics of the car market in Thailand Analysis of sales channels Set and execute sales plans. and carry out sales according to goals. • Visit customers continuously Stably build good cooperative relationships and maintain them continuously. Create a good image to increase the marketing influence of the product. • Gather local market information and competitor intelligence in Thailand. Analyze and adjust sales strategies in a timely and targeted manner. • Management, training, counseling and evaluating employees. Other tasks assigned by MD. Qualifications

Age 30-45 years
Any gender
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
At least 7 years’ experience as sales in automotive, home electronics manufacturing (Product : plastics part , plastics compound ).
3 years management experience has subordinate under control.
Chinese native speaking.
Advance conversation high in English.
Able to work under pressure.
High responsibility, Punctuality and Honest, Good Personality, Good relations and Good Attitude.
