Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering or related field.
Over 3 years of experience in or related after-sales operations.
General knowledge of technical services and soft services.
Able to manage service centers and manpower plans very well.
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and Problem-solving skills.
Computer literacy, with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
