-Finalize, approve, and communicate the marketing budget to relevant departments, ensuring adjustments are made as needed.
-Coordinate with other departments for alignment and execute approved marketing strategies.
-Monitor strategy performance and adjust based on market response and performance metrics.
-Develop marketing campaign concepts aligned with business and sales goals, managing the budget and resource plan.
-Implement, monitor, and adjust marketing campaigns based on performance feedback.
-Assess and develop brand strategy and positioning, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales goals.
-Implement branding initiatives across channels and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
