รายละเอียดงาน
• Assign production tasks to subordinates. And make sure they can achieve their daily plan.
• Create work instruction and relate document to standardize production process.
• Defined needs for man, machine, tool, equipment for production line.
• Enforce company rules and regulations on all production workers.
• Maintain and Implement 5S system.
• Implement cost saving and productivity increase project on production line.
• Direction and guidance corrective action plan for daily production issue.
• Gathering design issues and providing feedback to designers.
• Training and coaching subordinates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Related.
- Minimum 7 years direct experience in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Lean & Six Sigma (Green belt certification at minimum).
- Experience in ERP software.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong leadership skill with ability to manage subordinates.
