Job DescriptionsSupply Chain Support Specialist (WH)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Liaison with Supply Chain Manager to supervise, coach and support team members’ development and performance.
- Act as the subject matter expert by developing and sharing supply chain knowledge focusing on the following subjects:
Warehouse Operations Management:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution of raw materials and products.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for various items, including temperature control, humidity management, and protection from contamination.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure that inventory is rotated correctly using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methods.
Quality Control and Compliance:
- Ensure that all products are stored and handled according to GMP standards.
- Manage the traceability of products, ensuring that all batches can be tracked from receipt to distribution.
Safety and Hygiene:
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to protect staff and ensure the hygienic handling of products.
- Ensure that the warehouse is clean, well-organized, and free from pests.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and staff performance.
- Maintain detailed records of all products, including batch numbers, expiration dates, and traceability data.
- Ensure that all documentation is compliant with GMP/ safety regulations and company policies.
- Support Supply Chain team with special projects given by SC manager.
- Understand daily routine process and drive optimization: i.e value-added continuous improvement
- Drive and manage team on projects of warehouse, logistics or related to achieve target.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with supply chain operations; define and implement corrective actions
