Job Descriptions

Front desk position at a Boutique Hotel in Krabi. Your tasks will mainly be to: Welcome our guests, check in & check out, prepare their bills, answer their questions, make sure their room is ready on time. Accounting: summarize everyday's expenses & income, check shopping lists, stocks, manage petty cash. Administration: help prepare staff salary sheets, coordinate with the different divisions of the hotel, help the Manager in his duties.

Qualifications

Excellent presentation
English skills (French or German is a plus, but not compulsory)
Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, word, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal skills (effectively communicate, interact, and work with people)
Comfortable with customers
Good mood, positive behavior, team spirit
Able to perform multiple tasks
Flexible in doing different tasks
Flexible in working long hours / flexible hours
