Job Descriptions
ตำแหน่งหัวหน้าแผนกไลน์ผลิต ดูแลลูกทีม 4 ถึง 6 คน ที่บริษัทใช้ระบบ Sap ในการทำงาน มีหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบดังนี้ -ควบคุมบริหารการทำงานไลน์การผลิต -ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพและปริมาณตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการ -ควบคุม % Yield , Capacity, ของเสีย และ ต้นทุนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน -แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างกระบวนการผลิตได้ -สรุปสถานะการณ์การผลิตประจำวันและประจำเดือนพร้อมทั้งรายงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ป.ตรี สาขาสาขาไฟฟ้าหรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. เวลาทำงาน : ทำงาน 12 ชม. หยุด 2 วัน ไม่ตรงเสาร์ อาทิตย์ มีเข้ากะ 07.00-19.00 น. และ 19.00 - 07.00 น.
  4. มีใบเซอร์ช่างไฟฟ้าอาคารระดับ 1-2 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ หรือใบ กว.
  5. มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การนําเสนอและสามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้ดี
  6. มีวุฒิภาวะการเป็นผู้นำ ให้คำแนะนำกับลูกทีมได้
  7. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานหัวหน้าช่างโรงงานมาก่อน 3-5 ปี หรือรู้จักระบบการทำงาน DCS
  8. มีรถส่วนตัวในการเดินทาง
  9. มีความเข้าใจในภาษาอังกฤษระดับดีมาก เพราะมีสัมภาษณ์งานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
  10. สามารถทำโอทีได้
  11. สัมภาษณ์งาน 2 รอบ ออนไลน์ เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
