Job Descriptions
-Installation, configuration OS and application on server and computer PC. -Installing, supporting and maintaining new hardware and software. -Respond and resolve technical inquiries from user through various channel. -Monitor and fix problems on the internet and network systems. -Basic troubleshooting server. -Manage user accounts, permissions and securities policy. -Monitor and report potential cybersecurity breaches or vulnerabilities. -Maintain and troubleshoot backup and recovery systems.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
  2. 1-2 years experience in IT Support, IT Operation, Infrastructure.
  3. Background in ERP/SAP is a plus.
  4. Experience using remote access tools to support remote end-users and systems.
  5. Good understanding of computer systems. mobile devices and other IT equipment.
  6. Have experience in software development would be a plus.
  7. Good command of English.
