Job Descriptions

Responsibilities • Coordinate with sale and Operation Team to get the demand for establishing production plan/schedule and monitor & update plan on behalf of production controller. • Consideration of customer requirements, production capacity, cycle time, transit time to customer, lead time of delivery from supplier/subcontractor, preventive maintenance schedule. • Manage production plan by balancing plant overtime together with WIP/FG control into optimum level. • Communicate to all concern parties in case of there is a potential of change production plan/schedule and be ensuring they use the latest and same revision of production plan/schedule. • Captured on any delay production, production stop, and report to management review. • Control operation planning team to ensure no long aging work in process (WIP) at each work station and overall plant WIP is under target. • Management and training skills to manage Planning/packing/Finish goods team. • Manage shipments to meet customer delivery plan as per on time target. • Control Min-Max of packing stock to minimize stock level and no shipment impact. • Maintain WIP & Inventory per target.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics, any related field.
Minimum 5 years experiences in Production Planning / Production Control.
Have a good knowledge of MRP/ERP SAP systems.
Good managerial knowledge, interpersonal skills, team work and leadership.
Can do attitude and a self-motivate person.
Excellent computer skills in MS Office.
Good command of English and Computer literacy.
Able to work at Hi-tech Industrial (Ayutthaya)
