Job Descriptions

1.Documentation and Compliance Prepare, review, and manage all import/export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, customs declarations, and packing lists. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and other legal requirements. Coordinate with regulatory agencies and customs brokers to ensure proper documentation and clearance of shipments. 2.Shipment Management Plan and coordinate international shipments by air, sea, or land to meet delivery schedules. Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain. Negotiate freight rates and select the most cost-effective transportation methods, balancing speed, cost, and reliability. 3.Customs and Tariff Management Ensure goods are accurately classified under HS codes and apply correct tariffs. Stay updated on changing tariffs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Import and Export work experience in accounting or related fields物流或相关领域学士学位或BOI工作经验
At least 1 year of Import and Export experience至少1年j进出口经验
Understand the Import and Exportof investment promotion business in the electronic manufacturing industry了解制造业投资促进业务的BOI
Ability to use Microsoft Office, computers, and office equipment 能够使用Microsoft Office、计算机和办公设备
Good English communication skills良好的英语沟通能力
