1. Responding customer aftersales requests, answer technical questions. รับแจ้งคำขอหลังการขายและตอบคำถามด้านเทคนิคให้กับลูกค้า 2. Training & presentation to customers for PV inverter product installation, commissioning and troubleshooting. จัดอบรมและนำเสนอรายละเอียดการติดตั้งผลิตภัณฑ์ PV inverter การทดสอบการใช้งาน และการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า 3. Working closely with sales team to gain customer satisfication. ทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายเพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า 4. On-site trouble shooting and investigation for PV inverter aftersales issues. แก้ไขปัญหานอกสถานที่และตรวจสอบปัญหาหลังการขายของ PV inverter 5. Aftersales hotline responding. รับสายด่วนบริการหลังการขาย 6. Key account service strategy and plan. วางแผนกลยุทธ์การขายและการให้บริการ

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering/Electronic/renewable energy or equivalent. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์/อิเล็กทรอนิกส์/ พลังงานหมุนเวียน หรือเทียบเท่า
1 - 2 years of working experience in the electronic equipment service, familiar with photovoltaic system. มีประสบการณ์ 1 - 2 ปีในการให้บริการอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มีความคุ้นเคยกับระบบไฟฟ้าโซลาร์เซลล์
Good written and verbal communication in English, Chinese would be add advantages. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษทั้งภาษาเขียนและภาษาพูดได้ดี หากได้ภาษาจีนจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
