Job Descriptions
Revenue Analysis and Strategy: - Analyze market trends, competitor data, and booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities. - Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue across different OTA channels. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue management initiatives. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve revenue performance. Inventory Management: - Optimize inventory allocation across OTAs to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue. - Monitor and adjust room availability and rates in response to demand fluctuations. - Collaborate with hotel partners to implement effective inventory control strategies. Reporting and Forecasting: - Prepare regular revenue reports and forecasts for management and hotel partners. - Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. - Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and insights effectively. Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies. - Communicate effectively with hotel partners to build strong relationships and provide support. - Participate in revenue management meetings and present findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
  1. 1-2 years of experience in revenue management or a similar analytical role, preferably in the hospitality or OTA industry.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
