Job Descriptions

- Provide Thai-Chinese translation for the factory manager, including oral and written translation. - Assist the factory manager in formulating and implementing production plans to ensure that the production progress and quality meet the expected goals. - Supervise the production process, ensure the normal operation of equipment and tools, and solve problems in production in a timely manner. - Coordinate cooperation between departments to ensure full utilization and coordination of resources. - Supervise employees' work performance and provide necessary training and guidance to improve production efficiency and quality. - Track and analyze production data, and provide relevant reports and suggestions to improve production processes and efficiency. - Assist the factory manager in managing the factory.

Qualifications

Male/Female, age between 25-40 years old
Bachelor ‘s Degree in Chinese or related field
Fluent in Chinese and Thai both speaking, listening and writing skills.
Relevant factory production management experience, familiar with production process and quality management.
Good communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with various departments.
Good problem solving and decision making skills, able to make correct decisions in emergency situations
Team player with the ability to effectively lead and motivate team members.
Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and emergencies
