Job Descriptions
1. การบำรุงรักษาเซิร์ฟเวอร์ เครื่องเสมือน อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย คอมพิวเตอร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ และเครือข่ายเป็นประจำ 2. รับผิดชอบในการดำเนินโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและเครือข่ายกลุ่ม 3. การตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์สารสนเทศและห้อง MIS รายวัน 4. แก้ไขปัญหาความผิดปกติของอุปกรณ์ข้อมูลและแก้ไขปัญหาผู้ใช้ 5. ช่วยเหลือในการตรวจสอบโครงการรักษาความปลอดภัยข้อมูลและการดำเนินการตามนโยบายความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลโรงงาน 6. การเขียน SOP และการฝึกอบรมการให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ใช้ 7. รับผิดชอบงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับป.ตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคอมพิวเตอร์
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการเครือข่ายมากกว่า 2 ปี
  3. ประสบการณ์การบำรุงรักษาเซิร์ฟเวอร์ AD และ DHCP
  4. คุ้นเคยกับการตั้งค่าสวิตช์ของ Cisco/ การตั้งค่าไฟร์วอลล์ Fortigate/ การตั้งค่า CCTV และ NVR ของ Hikvision
  5. คุ้นเคยกับการทำงานของ VMware/ การทำงานของ Synology NAS
  6. มีประสบการณ์ในการดำเนินโครงการอินฟรา
  7. ความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ที่แข็งแกร่ง ความสามารถในการทำงานอย่างอิสระ ทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีและความสามารถในการคิดเชิงตรรกะ
  8. ความรับผิดชอบและจิตวิญญาณการทำงานเป็นทีมที่แข็งแกร่ง สามารถทำงานร่วมกับการทำงานล่วงเวลา กะวันหยุด และหมุนเวียนกะกลางคืนได้
  9. พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
  10. หากสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
