Job Descriptions

1.Develop and execute production plans to ensure that production schedules and delivery times are met. 2.Implement and supervise a quality management system to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer requirements 3.Control production costs, optimize production processes and resource utilization, and reduce unnecessary waste 4.Build and manage high-performing production teams, including recruitment, training, and team development 5.Promote and implement 5S management methods, that is, sorting, rectifying, sweeping, cleaning, and literacy, to ensure that the workplace is clean, orderly and safe 6.Manage and maintain production equipment to ensure the normal operation and good condition of the equipment 7.Ensure the safety and compliance of production processes on the shop floor, and comply with relevant safety regulations and standards

Qualifications

Male
25-35 years old
Bachelor's degree above , electrical engineering ,electronics
More than 3 years of production management experience in manufacturing enterprises.
More experience in PCBA and assembly.
Familiar with lean production, quality management system and production safety.
Be familiar with the operation process of the workshop and arrange the work of the workshop reasonably
Good communication and coordination skills, coordinate demand resources to complete production tasks
Flexible and adaptable, able to deal with various emergencies.
Knowledge of Englis or Chinese is preferred
working 6 days per week (day shift)
