Job Descriptions1. Achieve sales targets and drives continuous growth by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships
2. Create customer awareness, recommending product types and arranging and participating with product demonstrations, selling in surgery , in-service activity based on customer's requirement
3. Desire for continual learning in our product portfolio, our competitors products and keeping alongside of current standards of care in the marketplace
4.Review and analysis sales, to monitor sales achievements and identify opportunities across specific accounts and territories
5 Complete and submit all reports (sales, customer and expenses etc) within the timeline requested by manager
6 Establishes close relationships with KOLs and utilizes those relationships to strengthen competitive position and performance
7 Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
8 Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Qualifications - Excellent sales skill ( i.e. selling solution) and product knowledge
- English language is a strong advantage
- Ability to use computer microsoft office programs.
- Excellent Communication.
- Self motivated
- Negotiation Skill :contract/tender experience
- Good attitude / Growth mindset
- Team player and professional personality.
- Good decision making and problem solving.
