1. Summary of Delinquency Roll Rates, Inflow and Outflow to have management according to the goals 2. Regularly generate reports daily, weekly and monthly; Delinquency Roll Rates, Performance/ Productivity for Inhouse and Outsource Agency (OA) 3. Calculate incentive for Inhouse and commission for Outsource Agency (OA) based on incentive and commission scheme 4. Gather information and results to support the collection team 5. Support on ad-hoc assignments

Qualifications

Not specified gender and age between 25-35 years
Bachelor or master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Sciences, Business Administration (Business Computer) or related field
Good command of computer literacy; Excel spread sheet (Pivot, VLOOKUP) & power point, Access is a must
Technical in SAS, SQL, Power BI and Tableau Tools Skills
Special consideration for 1-2 years’ experience in MIS
Experience in Collection business minimum 1 year.
