Job Descriptions
1) Ensure compliance with BOI regulations and guidelines for customs and international trade for the manufacturing industry. 2) Provide accurate guidance and recommendations to the organization with in-depth knowledge of customs laws, import and export regulations, tariffs and tax rates. 3) Coordinate and manage all customs clearance activities, including preparation and review of customs documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 4) Liaise with government agencies such as customs departments, BOI and other relevant departments to facilitate customs clearance of import and export goods. Example; equipment, material import and export processing 5) Export customs clearance processing, including communication with brokers, cooperation with freight forwarders, and coordination with finance 6) Resolve any customs-related issues or disputes efficiently and effectively, and maintain good working relationships with relevant departments. 7) Oversee the end-to-end import and export process, including documentation, customs clearance, shipment and delivery. 8) Communicate and negotiate with freight forwarders, customs brokers and other service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments. 9) Maintain accurate records of import and export activities, including shipment details, costs and compliance documents. 10) Operate for BOI privileges in accordance with BOI rules and regulations 11) BOI material balance inventory management 12) Coordinate all BOI processes with overseas headquarters and suppliers 13) BOI privilege tax refund processing execution 14) Maintain contact with relevant departments of Thai government units regarding transportation and freight forwarding 15) Other work assignments related to BOI Working Day : Mon - Fri Working Time : 08.00 - 17.00
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female, Thai nationality
  2. Bachelor Degree or above with Logistics and related field
  3. 5 years working experience
  4. Knowledge for Thai Customs department requirement
  5. Able communicate in English or Chinese Is preferred
  6. Task management with good coordinating skill, positive attitude and work well under pressure
