Responsibilities As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in setting up and managing machine operations for various production types. Whether you’re working on new setups or expanding production lines, your expertise will ensure that we meet our specified targets with precision. This role primarily focuses on overseeing activities before mass production, with continued support throughout the production process. - Machine Operation Setup: Set up machine operations for new production types and expand existing production lines to meet targets. - Pre-Mass Production Oversight: Lead and manage activities before mass production begins, ensuring everything is in place for a successful launch. - Expired Material Evaluation: Oversee the evaluation of expired materials to maintain high production standards. - Machine Preparation: Prepare and configure machinery to ensure readiness for each production type, ensuring seamless operations. - Reporting & Analysis: Report on machine operation results, analyze production issues, identify causes, and implement corrective measures. - Problem Solving: Monitor production processes to determine the origins of any issues, address assembly-related problems internally, and escalate other issues (e.g., software problems) to relevant teams. - Operational Protocols: Establish operational procedures or Corrective Action Protocols (OCAP) for operators and technicians to resolve machine issues efficiently. Working Conditions: - Occasional overtime may be required. - Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing a clean suit (required for electronics manufacturing).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, electronics manufacturing environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
