1. ดูแลลูกค้ากลุ่ม Top Spender ของทางสาขา
2. โทรหาลูกค้าเพื่อ Update Promotion ใหม่ๆที่น่าสนใจ รวมถึงการแนะนำและเสนอขายสินค้าที่ลูกค้าสนใจผ่านทางโทรศัพท์
3. ดูแลลูกค้ากลุ่ม Top Spender ที่เข้ามาดูสินค้าเพิ่มเติมที่สาขา (ผู้ช่วยช้อปส่วนตัว)
4. ดูแลการบริการให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพึงพอใจและประทับใจ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีใจรักในงานบริการ มีความเป็น Sale & Service ในตัว
- มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารดี, มีทักษะในการประสานงานดี
- มีความอดทน สามารถรับแรงกดดันได้
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ ไม่หยุดเสาร์อาทิตย์ได้ (มีวันหยุดพิเศษเพิ่มอีก 2 วันต่อเดือน) และทำงานเป็นกะได้ เช่น 9.30-19.00 น., 12.30-22.00 น.
