Job Descriptions
Industry: Smart Facility Management Position Level: Junior Officer Work Location: Office and site work As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving the success of Metthier's smart facility management solutions. You will work closely with the sales team, clients, and internal stakeholders to understand client needs, design tailored solutions, and present these solutions effectively. Your technical expertise and strategic thinking will be essential in positioning Metthier as a top provider of smart facility management solutions. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored smart facility management solutions. - Design and present technical solutions that meet client needs, leveraging Metthier’s portfolio of products and services. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Metthier’s solutions. - Work closely with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and customer support, to ensure solutions are feasible and align with company capabilities. - Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution designs, proposals, and presentations. - Track and report on pre-sales activities, client engagements, and solution outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with sales goals.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in a technical solution or presales role, preferably in the smart facility management or related industry.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of smart facility management solutions, including security systems, building automation, energy management, and IoT technologies.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative solutions.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Experience with project management and implementation of smart facility management solutions
  7. Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., IoT, building automation, security systems).
