Job Descriptions
Position Summary
This role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and analyzing workforce forecasting metrics for operational platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage business data and statistical methods to improve efficiency, enhance reporting processes, and support strategic decision-making. The position requires collaboration with both local and regional teams and involves both ad-hoc and production-level forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
A. Workforce Planning and Optimization
- Develop and refine staffing models using predictive analytics.
- Monitor and optimize workforce plans to meet operational needs.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align best practices and improve efficiency.
- Support business cases, budget planning, and staffing assumptions.
- Provide data-driven insights to ensure optimal service levels.
B. Reporting and Data Analysis
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to present data and identify process improvements.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business, with at least four years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Minimum four years of experience in workforce management, data analytics, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SQL Server, and BI tools; experience with workforce management tools and telephony platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Experience working with regional teams is an advantage
- Experience in Agile projects is a plus.
- Experience in the insurance or call center industry is a plus.
