Job Descriptions-Develops a comprehensive knowledge of Company products and procedures through on-the-job training activities
-Learns how to operate the Company's business system in order to perform required administrative functions
-Develops understanding of the production scheduling process
-Develops working knowledge of the budget and expenses control process
-Develops working knowledge of Continuous Improvement, efficiency standards, and safety
-Completes course and assignments as directed
-Prepare various reports as required
-Performs other duties as required
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or other related fields.
- Fresh Graduated
- Excellent command in Mandarin and English both written and spoken
- Strong interest to grow career in manufacturing / operations environment and able to work under pressure and business dynamic
- Strong leadership experience and potential; for example, had held key leadership roles in extracurricular activities, voluntary work or other significant undertakings
- Ability to work in a team setting; has contributed to the achievement of a team's success
- Self-starter, fast learner and has a bias for actions and results
- Possesses strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Accept only English language resume
