Job Descriptions
1. Check the employee's working time information, including overtime pay, to ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date and use it for wage calculation. 2. Process the data in the salary program and verify the accuracy of the salary report summary. 3. Check the information for approval from the relevant agencies to enter the payroll system correctly and on time. 4. Prepare and monitor income and expenditure information of all types of employees who want to pay through the system. 5. Carry out the preparation Review and collect salary data to present for approval. 6. Carry out the preparation. Approved information is presented to the Accounting Office and the Bank. 7. Prepare and submit various reports to carry out personal income tax and social security in a timely manner. 8. Prepare information and documents related to government agencies such as the Enforcement Department. 9. Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  1. Female, 25-38 years old
  2. Bachelor's degree in accounting, human resources or related field
  3. Have at least 2 years of experience as a Payroll Officer or other related position.
  4. He has experience in information systems in human resources and has the ability to work in accounting programs.
  5. Ability in mathematical skills and the ability to accurately identify numerical error points.
  6. Good knowledge of labor law and taxation.
  7. Good at Chinese language
