Job DescriptionsSales & Performance Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) across assigned stores.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to meet customer demand.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Beauty Advisors (BAs) to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance BAs' product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to BAs.
- Recruit and onboard new BAs, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in their roles.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Enable to provide and set up Standard Operating, Procedures (SOPs) to team
Store Operations & Setup:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Maintain optimal store conditions, including cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Play a leading role in the setup of new stores, including operational planning, staff training, and inventory management.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Having a planning, organization and problem-solving skills
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Represent Konvy at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
