Job Descriptions

•Handle budget data collection and preparation and any daily routine budget works. •Budget tracking and analysis, and other financial analysis Duties/Responsibilities: Budget Related •Prepare Base Data and Budget Template to support user in BP and Revised budget preparation •Estimate Depreciation based on CAPEX budget and proper depreciation timing •Provide data for HR's estimation of salary-related expenses •Coordinate with all functions on Budget collection, summary and analysis on changes vs. previous budget and PY •Review accuracy of numbers provided by users and give feedback/ recommendation •Prepare a monthly Rolling Estimate budget, including forecasting depreciation and salary-related expenses for YTG •Daily budget management (including budget transfer and unplanned budget) •Budget tracking and analysis on changes from BP Budget to Rolling Estimate (RE) forecast, and versus actual spending •Give consultation and support to budget users on OPEX and CAPEX Budget and Data Preparation Related Matters (including the Excel technical assistance)
