Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำสัญญาขาย CI, DN และแบบฟอร์มใบสมัครการชำระเงิน
2. เตรียมเอกสารแผนการประมวลผลและสื่อสารข้อกำหนดการประมวลผลเฉพาะแก่ผู้วางแผน
3. การจัดทำใบความต้องการซื้อ: สื่อสารรายละเอียดการจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบ
4. จัดทำแผนการจัดส่งและสื่อสารข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับยานพาหนะ ร่วมถึงประสานงานกับคลังสินค้า ในการเตรียมของและการจัดส่ง
5. การกระทบยอดกับลูกค้า
6. การออกใบแจ้งหนี้: สื่อสารกับฝ่ายการเงินเพื่อออกใบแจ้งหนี้ตามการชำระเงินตามสัญญา (ชำระเงินล่วงหน้าและชำระเงินเต็มจำนวน)
7. การชำระคืน: สื่อสารกับพนักงานขายเพื่อการส่งออกเพื่อชำระหนี้
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 25-40 ปี
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับงานขายอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีนได้ดี
- ขยัน ซื่อสัตย์ ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
