Job Descriptions

รับผิดชอบงานบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ ประสานงานประกวดราคา และจัดซื้อ ดูแลงานเอกสารฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน

Qualifications

Responsible for account payable reports, payments, vat report, and other supporting documents.
Coordinate in purchasing, price comparison, and purchasing team to achieve best purchase deal.
Support Admin and Accounting Team in daily administrative duties for the company.
Conduct Monthly Reports to update financial status with company's executives: Cash Status Report, Account Payable Audit Report, P&L Internal Audit Report (Reconciles with GL Account Code).
Assist Company's Accounting Team as special taskforce in new project/business during recruitment period.
Over 2 years with financial and accounting background will be highly considered candidate.
Strong managerial and communication skills is a plus.
