Basic Function: ดูแลกระบวนการทำงานภายของบัญชีและการเงินให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ ตลอดจนรับผิดชอบกระบวนการปิดบัญชีและงบการเงินรายเดือนและรายปีของทุกบริษัท และดูแลหน้าที่ทั่วไปทางบัญชีและการเงิน รวมถึงควบคุมบัญชีและรายงานทางการเงินขององค์กรให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายและทิศทางขององค์กร Duties and Responsibilities: 1.ควบคุมดูแลการทำงานของฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน อันได้แก่ ธุรกรรมการเงินรายวัน บัญชีลูกหนี้ (Account Receivable) บัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (Account Payable) บัญชีคลังสินค้า (Material/Stock/Inventory) และบัญชีแยกประเภท (General Ledger) 2.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการบันทึกบัญชีและรับผิดชอบงบดุลและพิสูจน์งบการเงินผ่านการกระทบยอดทางบัญชี 3.รับผิดชอบในการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือน Month End สิ้นปี Year End และจัดทำรายงานงบการเงินทุกประเภท 4.ให้คำแนะนำตลอดจนดูแลทีมงานในฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงินของบริษัทให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและถูกต้องตามหลักวิชาชีพ 5.จัดทำและควบคุมต้นทุนในการผลิตสินค้าและรายงานบัญชีต้นทุน ค่าใช้จ่ายและต้นทุนในการจัดจำหน่ายสินค้า เพื่อให้ต้นทุนทางการค้าของบริษัทเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด 6.ตรวจสอบการนับ stock สินค้าคงคลัง รายเดือน และรายอาทิตย์ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ารายงาน stock สินค้าจากฝ่ายคลังถูกต้องและตรงกับในระบบบัญชี 7.ตรวจสอบดูแลการดำเนินการด้านการเงินและธุรการ รายการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือน และรายงานงบการเงิน ตลอดจนการปิดบัญชีเพื่อให้บริษัทมีข้อมูลทางบัญชีและงบการเงินที่ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน 8.รับผิดชอบจัดเตรียมรายงานทางบัญชีและรายงานการเงิน ตลอดจนวิเคราะห์ สรุปรายงานทางการเงิน เพื่อสะท้อนสถานการณ์และประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของบริษัท อันเกิดประโยชน์ต่อฝ่ายบริหาร และนำเสนออย่างตรงไปตรงมาต่อผู้ถือหุ้น ได้แก่ a.จัดการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือน b.จัดทำงบทดลอง (Trial Balance) c.งบกำไรขาดทุนประจำเดือน (Profit & Loss Report) d.งบกระแสเงินสด e.งบพิสูจน์ยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร (Bank Reconciliation) f.งบแสดงฐานะทางการเงิน g.Cash Flow Forecast h.Weekly & Monthly Credit Report i.Sales Report and Sales Commission Report j.Cash Status Report (Weekly & Monthly) k.Tax & Vat Report l.Annual Tax Planning Report m.Annual Budget Report 9.ตรวจสอบรายงานภาษีของบริษัท

Qualifications

Responsible for all company financial reports: p&l, cash flow, balance sheet, and other management reports.
Supervise, direct, and groom company's financial & accounting department to be in good standard.
Coordinate with other head of department in daily administrative duties for the company.
Conduct Monthly Reports to update financial status with company's executives: Cash Status Report, Account Payable Audit Report, P&L Internal Audit Report (Reconciles with GL Account Code).
Supervise Company's Accounting Team as special taskforce in new project/business during recruitment period.
Over 5 years with hotel and factory financial and accounting background will be highly considered.
Strong managerial and communication skills is a plus.
