One of the largest Cannabis Dispensaries Fat Buds (The Lost Boys Co.,Ltd.) is looking for a Budtender! Job Title: Budtender Salary: • 25,000-30,000 Baht per month, depending on experience • Commission based on performance, order numbers, and sales revenue, after training and initial probation completed Benefits: • Government insurance (ประกันสังคม) will be provided upon completion of probation • 18 total days of annual leave - details to be provided during interview Responsibilities: - Assist in-store and online customers select appropriate products and complete sales transactions - Coordinate Bangkok-based deliveries with Delivery Driver Team and nationwide deliveries with 3rd party logistics companies - Assist handling product inventory and follow Product Guidelines to ensure perfect product condition - Solve any customer service issues following Company Guidelines to maintain 5-star rated company reputation - Help with any other required tasks, including but not limited to sourcing shop supplies and supplier negotiation Work Hours & Location: - This is a full-time position – full training will be provided - The Budtender will be expected to work at any Fat Buds branch required depending on the company’s requirements. Currently, there are Fat Buds Branches at Ekkamai, Sathorn and Onnut. - The Budtender will work 5 days per week in-person. Qualifications

THAI NATIONALS ONLY
At least 26 years old
Previous experience in as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager, or Online Admin a strong advantage
Speak strong conversational English with confidence, and loves building relationships with people from all over the world
Very organized and highly attentive to detail
Comfortable using a computer and Microsoft Office programs
Extremely punctual - lateness or excuses will not be tolerated
Friendly and loves working in a team
Independent and self-motivated - if you need a manager constantly looking at you to make sure you are doing a good job, then this is not the job for you. Strong customer service performance is expected with minimal supervision.
