Job DescriptionsHR Communication
•Work in close collaboration with HR content owner and selected 3rd parties
•Develop and implement communication campaigns concerning diverse topics from across HR Functions
•Reviewing and editing internal communications to ensure accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness
•Be content creator for HR social intranet and support in texting for our corporate LinkedIn account, internal messages, blog articles and build slides for our monthly all hands.
•Evolve internal communication channels using an iterative approach that works towards strategic goals
•Plan, edit and write content for multiple HR communications in various platforms and ensure consistent content through all platforms.
•Evaluating the effectiveness of our communications and channels as well as working to continuously develop and improvement
HR Support
•Support People COE (OD) team in administration tasks such as Payment Request, invoice handling and billing documents
•Support People COE in HR event organization such as event decorating, catering, event registration, etc.
•Organize business meetings as well as internal meetings and local small events
•Other ad hoc assignments
