Job Descriptions
- Handles daily correspondence and responds to inquires and makes reservation as needed.
- Processes reservation by e-mail , telephone or OTAs.
- Verify customer infomation and payment option , assign rooms and respond to customers with confirmation e-mails.
- Input all bookings into PMS (Smart Finder)
- Kept the documents (bookings) up to date.
Qualifications
- Male / female, age 25-35 years and up.
- Interpersonal and Responsibility
- Good Co-ordination Skill
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to learn new things.
