Key Responsibilities
• Explore New Markets: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities and analyze emerging trends across the APAC region.
• Drive Sales Success: Develop and execute strategic plans to surpass revenue targets and boost market share.
• Build Strong Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with clients and distributors, fostering long-term collaborations.
• Seal the Deal: Identify prospects, generate leads, and confidently close sales with a results-oriented approach.
• Leverage Technical Expertise: Understand and demonstrate our advanced product range while providing technical support to clients.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with production, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Stay Informed: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to guide strategic decision-making.
Report & Analyze: Deliver detailed sales reports and performance insights, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the machinery or related industry.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
- Willingness to Travel: Candidates must be prepared to travel extensively throughout Europe during the training period to visit client sites and install machines
