Job Descriptions
● Working as part of a campaign team to achieve objectives for our clients ● Dial between 150– 250 numbers per day ● Outbound Business calls on behalf of the world's largest technology brands ● Handleobjections and Generating sales opportunities and qualifying needs ● Meetyour campaign KPI’s and activity targets ● Workthrough call list as allocated by the Data team ● Complete write up as per campaign specific layout ● Ensuring all fields are filled specific to the campaign requirement and all write ups are spell checked, make sense and are up to standard ● Checkall prospect information is correct as provided on call by prospect, fill in any missing details on the prospects profile. ● Ensureall prospect information on profile is grammatically correct. ● Readandunderstand call scripts and write up examples on each campaign to help recognise the ● Checkrelated files in the campaign to download TAL and Exclusion lists if required on a campaign. ● Ensureall qualifying requirements are met on call. ● Liaise directly with Team Leader or through the Senior Team Leader if unsure of their campaign requirements
Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar or relevant sales role
  2. Proven experience in a telesales roles
  3. IT knowledge advantageous
  4. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  5. Lead generation, Outbound, B2B experience
  6. Excellent written and verbal English
  7. Good communication skills & excellent telephone manner
  8. The ability to build strong customer relationships
  9. Excellent interpersonal skills. Relates well to all kinds of people and can establish and build upon working relationships effectively
  10. Can speak Bahasa (Indo or Malaysia) and English
