Job Descriptions
1. Provide legal expertise in areas such as contracts, corporate law, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
2. Review and draft various commercial agreement and other legal documents to support business operations
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and contracts.
3. Advise on legal risks and business terms of various deals and projects.
4. Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to the company’s operations.
5. Develop company policy and position on legal matters.
6. Provide training to company staff on legal compliance issue.
7. support other works as requested by the management team as a legal specialist.
8. Legal tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in laws or other relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in legal, labor law and review and draft various commercial agreement.
- Have a license to practice the legal profession.
