•Make a correspondent with foreign customers, prepare the quotations and inquiries for overseas markets. •Finding and qualifying leads, negotiating contracts, sending the quotations, negotiating prices, and manage customers relations to achieve sales targets. •Fully responsible for international trade, customer service, requests, and responses to customer inquiries. •Monitor overseas report and results. •Maintain and stimulate purchases of current customers •Expand new prospect customers and new oversea business opportunities. •Handle the shipment, follow up the orders and payment. •Coordinate with various departments within the company ensuring products are shipped internationally following proper procedures and regulations. •Follow up any Export Operations and Production Planning. •Support the creation of OEM products and other sales materials. •Generate weekly & monthly sales reports. •Able to travel overseas depends on assignment from management. •Performed other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or any related fields.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Export Sales, International Sales.
Having experiences in food business/ manufacturer and exporter will be advantage.
Has Knowledge in Sales and Marketing.
Good understanding overall export process.
High responsibility, hard working, and able to work well under pressure.
Sales oriented attitude and strong proactive skills are required.
Positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills,
Very good negotiating and sales skills
Good problem-solving skills and decision thinking skills
Very good command of both spoken and written English
Computer literacy of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook), Internet, and E-mail.
