Job Descriptions
• Leader in Quality concerns and solving/close follow up quality issue relate to customer and supplier. • High responsibility for job assignments. • APQP team responsibility: as Quality Leader to review PPAP and all quality tasks to meet project plan. • Specialist in customer quality requirement (Supplier Quality Assurance Manual). • Monitor & improve annual PPM result to meet target. • Annual supplier audit of quality system, supporting customer audit. • Work closely with all supplier to deliver good part, daily Gemba walks, monitor and report. • Timely and accurate delivery of Quality related documents (CAPA, SPPAP, PPM,…) • Work closely with Engineering/manufacturing departments globally and at Supplier to identify and implement Quality & Manufacturing related opportunities. • Recommend policy/process changes/ control quality documents (PPAP, SPPAP,…) to be up to date and maintain in system (on APD share point site, Globally/Internal Quality share point). • Recommend and assist in Supplier training as required. • Drive corrective and preventive action in case of Quality failure. • Develops/recommends new quality tools/reports • Creates actively a safe working environment for both Donaldson resident and supplier staff
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 yrs with experience in a Quality role
  2. Minimum of 3 yrs experience in Quality
  3. Preference for CQE/SQE
  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Thai.
  5. Strong Leader, independent ,analytical and problem solving skills
  6. Demonstrated experience with Quality tools for Automotive; example 8D, Control Plans, PFMEA, Cpk, SPC, ELV. Plastic Injection experience will be good advantage
  7. Knowledge of TS16949 , PPAP specialist, statistical analysis
  8. +3yrs experience in Automotive business in Quality role
  9. Project management skills and on time delivery.
  10. Business Acumen
  11. Ability to work constructively in a matrix structure
  12. Fluent (verbal/written) English & Thai
  13. Limited travel < 5% (95% located in Rayong Area)
