- Achieve sales over target. Responsible for product selling. - Implement field force strategic planner, target and schemes for incentive setting and Business environment training. - Work coordinately with Marketing team to implement the marketing program.

Qualifications

เพศหญิงหรือชาย อายุ 35 ปี ขึ้น
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารงาน ในแผนกขายหรือการตลาด อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกางานรฉีดพลาสติก ในงาน Automotive และ Electronic
มีบุคลิคและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถเจรจาต่อรองเรื่องธุรกิจกับลูกค้าและผู้อื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี
สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้ดี
สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
