Assist in supervising departmental staff to enable units to work smoothly and achieve maximum effectiveness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1.Bilingual Communication:
◾ Act as the primary point of contact for all communications in Chinese, both verbal and written, ensuring accurate translation and interpretation.
◾ Facilitate communication between Chinese-speaking stakeholders (clients, partners, vendors) and the internal team, bridging any language gaps.
2.Document Translation and Management:
◾Translate key documents, emails, and reports from Chinese to Thai and vice versa, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to critical information in their preferred language.
◾Maintain organized records of all translated documents and communications, ensuring they are easily accessible.
3.Meeting Coordination and Interpretation:
◾Schedule, organize, and participate in meetings where Chinese is the primary language, providing real-time interpretation as needed.
◾Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up actions in both Chinese and Thai, ensuring all parties are aligned.
4.Cross-Border Project Coordination:
◾Assist in coordinating projects that involve Chinese-speaking regions or markets, ensuring all communications and documentation are handled smoothly.
◾Work closely with teams across different regions to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on project goals.
5.Support to Executive Leadership:
◾Provide administrative support to executive leadership, particularly in tasks involving Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
◾Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and summaries in Chinese for executives, ensuring they are well-informed on all relevant matters.
