Job Descriptions

1.Meet company Revenue AOP target. 2.Plan on Customer Demand Loading & liaise with scheduler to meet the Internal Loading plan and Customer Shipment plan. 3.Able to work effectively cross functionally, both internally and externally. 4.Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with internal customers and customers by providing timely and accurate information. 5.High level of analytical ablilty especially on demand waterfall based on customer demand trend. 6.Continual development of organizational skills includig the ability to prioritize, handle multiple proiects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 7.Support factory to review materials and capacity constraints. 8.Generate regular Reports as specified to Department Manager on Material Status, Inventory Level, Quality and Delivery Status, Safety Related Issues, Saving Derived and etc. 9.Ensure OTD & customer satisfaction and achieve and Personal and Departmental Goals. 10.Reduce factory excess and aging inventory. 11.Assist finance on-time payment from customers. 12.Any other ad-hoc task which require time to time

Qualifications

Knowledge of Materials Management
Ability to work indendently and self-directed
Able to read and write English/Malay and Chiness
