Job Descriptions
Duties and Responsibilities •Engages in direct communication with customers as required. •Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. •Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. •Works closely with Business Development on customers as required. •Works closely with other departments on the customer order and production planning clarification as required. •Work closely with project managers / principal engineer to gather/prepare all documentation relevant to a particular project •Work with Document Control to ensure documentation is issued as required •Create Bills of Material per customer requirements •Assist Engineering by performing and documenting information as needed •Update regular in SAP for customers’ forecast and Purchase Order to ensure sufficient material and component are purchased on time •Any other duties as and when assigned
Qualifications
  1. Knowledge of injection molding Manufacturing.
  2. Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  3. Strong Problem-solving skills and systematic thinking skills
  4. Ability in time Management/Multi-tasking
  5. Able to multi task
  6. Computer literate with respect to Microsoft and application software.
  7. Self-motivated, can manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  8. Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  9. Proficiency with Microsoft products and SAP
  10. Good communications skills and team player
  11. Minimum 2 years relevant experience, including prior experience with data entry, technical documentation, and administrative processes.
